Exceptional specimen composed of several well-shaped tetrahedrite crystals pseudomorphosed (or even perimorphosed) into azurite of a superb royal blue and sparkling in places, accompanied by brilliant quartz and malachite. The largest visible tetrahedrite crystal measures nearly 1 cm in edge. This piece comes from the Giraud mine, close to the famous La Gardette mine, known worldwide for its gold and especially the quality of its quartz. The combination of tetrahedrite and azurite is very unusual and therefore extremely rare on the market.
