Article 1 : The company

La Mine 2 Tout is a microenterprise (SIRET n°838 455 616 000 14) located at 22 rue Jean Mermoz 29200 BREST and directed by Mrs. PICOT Marie Jil Aurore.

For security reasons our minerals are not stored at this address.

Article 2 : Activity

Online sale of natural minerals.

Article 3 : Products

We guarantee the 100% natural character of the minerals we sell. We do not sell any dyed or synthetic mineral. If a piece has undergone any treatment (repair, etc...), it is specified in the description.

The photos and videos of each product are contractual. We strive to show each mineral in its most faithful aspect, however, it is possible to have different perceptions of reality depending on the configuration of the different platforms of consultation of the website. Also, in case of disappointment regarding the customer's expectations, a return of the product is possible (see the conditions of return).

Article 4 : Availability

The minerals presented on the site of La Mine 2 Tout are available for sale.

However, we can move in show with some of them.

If by chance a mineral present on the site is sold the same day both by this way, both in a salon, without us having had time to indicate it as "unavailable" on the site, a full refund will of course be made within 7 days after the order.

We can also offer the customer a similar mineral while stocks last.

Article 5 : Prices

The prices are indicated in Euros (€) and correspond to the price of each item, excluding shipping costs. VAT is not applicable.

The prices of our minerals are set as accurately as possible, depending on their size, quality, condition and rarity. This price is valid for the duration of the ad, until a possible promotion by La Mine 2 Tout.

If you are a professional, we can offer you special rates. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Article 6 : Loyalty program

La Mine 2 Tout is grateful for the trust you bring to it. Therefore, you benefit from a loyalty program.

When you register and then with each order, you automatically accumulate points that you can then exchange for a voucher, according to the following rate: you earn 1 loyalty point for 1 € spent, with no minimum purchase; 1 loyalty point has a value of 0.075 €.
For example, it is possible to transform 200 accumulated points (in one or several orders) into a voucher of 15 € valid on your next order, on the whole store (excluding shipping costs, other codes and possible promotions).

We offer you 100 points as a welcome gift when you first register on our website (since 03/01/2022).

The points earned with each order are credited once your order is shipped. They are cancelled in case of cancellation of the order.

You can find your loyalty points in the "my loyalty points" section when you are connected to your customer account.

These loyalty points are valid for one year.

Article 7 : Means of payment

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and check.

Payments by credit card and PayPal must be immediate after the validation of the order. A delay of 72 hours is granted for the payments by bank transfer and check. In case of non-receipt of the payment within the agreed time, the order will be cancelled. Similarly, in case of rejection of the payment by the bank after receipt of the order, we ask the buyer to return the order within a maximum of 10 days after the rejection, at his expense, and in its original condition and packaging under penalty of prosecution.

Payment by credit card:

Payments by credit card are secured via an official payment module (PayPlug), without any obligation to register. A security code will be sent to you by email or SMS at the time of payment to validate the order (3D secure option).
PayPlug accepts all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, European and international. This includes Electron (Visa) and Maestro (Mastercard) cards, as well as all French CB cards, even if they are not affiliated with Visa and MasterCard.
Networks such as American Express, Union Pay or Bancontact are NOT accepted.

Payment by check:

Thank you to fill out your check payable to La Mine 2 Tout and send it to the following address: 22 rue Jean Mermoz 29200 Brest.

We advise you to send it by letter with tracking number.

The RIB will be communicated to you upon validation of the order.

An invoice is automatically sent after validation of the order.

Article 8 : Careful and eco-responsible packaging

Our first concern is that your part arrives in perfect condition at your home. We therefore take the greatest care of your package, in particular by using all the necessary protective packaging. However, we are equally concerned about the use of all this packaging material, which is why we make sure to use quality cardboard boxes that you can reuse or recycle, recyclable kraft paper adhesive (unlike traditional plastic-based adhesives), bubble wrap made from recycled materials, as well as biodegradable dunnage particles.

This packaging choice on our part is at no additional cost to you.

Article 9 : Delivery

Packages are sent either via La Poste (Colissimo with tracking and without signature), or via Mondial Relay (with tracking and delivery against signature in a relay point), or via Delivengo Easy (for all countries outside France, with tracking and without signature) according to the preferences of the buyer, which are determined when ordering.

A hand delivery is possible by appointment in Brest or on the various exhibitions in which we participate (see list of exhibitions).

Shipping costs

The shipping costs include the packaging costs as well as the carrier's current shipping costs.

It will be more economical for the customer to group all the items in a single order in order to pay only once the shipping costs, or even to reach their free.

The customer can add a transport insurance option for a delivery against signature and a possible compensation up to the value of the parcel, at the rate in force with the carrier of his choice. This addition can be done on request, so do not hesitate to contact us by mail or phone or when finalizing the order when this option will be set up.

Delivery time

We send the parcels in average 1 working day after reception of the payment.

 The delivery time then depends on the carrier:

- La Poste: for metropolitan France, on average 2 working days; 3 to 7 working days for the rest of the world.

- Mondial Relay: 3 to 6 working days.

 - Delivengo Easy : 2 to 5 working days for Europe ; 6 to 20 working days for the rest of the world.

Delays are valid except for exceptional delays of the carrier for which La Mine 2 Tout is not responsible.

This may be longer if your order is placed while we are away.

Loss/Theft/Breakage.

La Mine 2 Tout is not responsible for the loss or theft of a package. We therefore recommend the customer to subscribe to a transport insurance, proposed at the finalization of the order. No refund will be offered in case of loss or theft if there is no insurance.

Particular care is taken in the packaging of all our packages.

Nevertheless, in case of deterioration of the parcel and if the object arrives damaged, here are the solutions that we propose, within 14 days from the delivery of the order:

Without insurance, we can propose you either :

o To keep the object and to be compensated with a credit note corresponding to 50% of the purchase value (excluding shipping costs) valid for 1 year from its issue.

o To send us back the object (at your expense), in its packaging and via the original carrier and shipping method. Upon receipt, we will issue a credit note corresponding to 100% of the purchase value of the broken item (including shipping costs), valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

With insurance, a total refund of your order, including shipping costs, can be made within 48 hours after we have been compensated by the Post Office, subject to the conditions* below.

 

* In all cases, the customer must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt. We will need a maximum of photographs of the damaged item, and its original packaging, with the shipping slip clearly visible (requirement of the Post Office).

 Without this report within the time limit, La Mine 2 Tout will not be able to proceed with any exchange or refund.

Article 10 : Right of withdrawal and return

According to the article L221-18 of the Code of the Consumption for the remote sales, the customer profits from a right of retraction of 14 days wrought as from the day of reception of the parcel.

In case of return, we proceed to the reimbursement of the object (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 7 working days provided that the returned object is in its original condition and packaging. The delivery costs related to the return of a product remain the responsibility of the buyer and the refund will be made on behalf of the customer who placed the order.

Article 11 : Protection of personal data

La Mine 2 Tout undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data of its customers and to treat them in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

These data (name, first name, address, phone number and email) are indeed requested to each customer when placing an order; they are necessary only for the management and sending of the order.

The customer has the right to question, access, modify, oppose and rectify his personal data, either by sending us an e-mail to lamine2tout@outlook.com, or via his customer account accessible with an identifier and a password that he will have defined.

None of these data will be transmitted to any other company than La Mine 2 Tout, which will not even use them for advertising purposes.

If the customer wishes to be informed of the updates of the site, he can do so by subscribing to our newsletter. The sending of this "newsletter" can also be stopped by simple request by email to lamine2tout@outlook.com.

Article 12: Applicable law in case of disputes

The language of this contract is the French language. The present conditions of sale are subjected to the French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will be the only ones competent.
