Fluorite - Le Beix, Puy-de-Dôme, France

Fluorite from the Beix mine, closed in 1977 and inaccessible ever since.
The crystals are not 100% perfect (it's an old piece!) but they are quite translucent, showing the characteristic blue color and yellow border. The surfaces are shiny, and the whole is quite aesthetically pleasing thanks to the quartz blade at the base, another marker typical of this famous french deposit.
