Acanthite - Imiter mine, Drâa-Tafilalet region, Morocco

This acanthite exhibits a highly architectural arborescent crystallization, characteristic of the famous finds from the Imiter mine in Morocco.

The crystals here have a beautiful metallic luster, which is not the case for all specimens from this mine.

- Acanthites from Imiter are among the iconic discoveries of the 2000s. Their pseudo-octahedral growth and arborescent aggregates quickly attracted the attention of international collectors.
