Fluorite - Pontaubert, Yonne, France

Colorless to golden yellow fluorite, shiny, with truncated edges. Intact specimen! Pale pink color under long UV light. Specimen from the vicinity of Pontaubert, not far from Pierre-Perthuis, where a mineralized stratiform layer called the “Chitry bed” outcrops.
