This piece is the result of a recent (2020) discovery of just a few specimens, combining technicality and aestheticism!
The initial shape is said to be due to barite or azurite crystals pseudomorphosed into malachite, itself partially replaced by turquoise-blue chrysocolla, finally covered with translucent, highly lustrous quartz microcrystals.
