Fluorite and calcite on barite - Hammam Jedidi, Zaghouan, Tunisia

Piece composed of fluorite with shiny surfaces, embedded in white barite covered with small calcite petals of the same hue. The grayish color of the fluorite is probably due to the presence of hydrocarbons, common in this Tunisian deposit.
