Quartz and calcite - Berbes, Asturias, Spain

Quartz very bright with inclusions of hydrocarbons (reacting to long and short UV) accompanied by a crystal of calcite in its center. One of the faces of the crystal presents imprints of an ancient triangular mineral. (visible on the first photo). The quartz, floating, is in perfect condition. We can also note some "rainbow" effects due to the refraction of the light.
