Very nice pyrite crystals in irregular dodecahedrons (pyritohedrons) of great brilliance, intact (for the main ones at the front of the piece), on a matrix of lamellar hematite. This piece is the result of a relatively recent (2013) and unique discovery, dedicated to finance the rehabilitation of the mining park of the island of Elba. This park can now be visited and the collection of samples is prohibited, except, a priori quickly, during supervised visits.
