Scheelite on muscovite - Xuebaoding Mts, Pingwu, Sichuan Prov., China

Here is a piece with an absolutely unique construction! The top of the scheelite is composed of a multitude of small terminations with relatively shiny triangular surfaces. No damage is to be deplored! A defect perhaps: we would have liked an intense orange color. This one is forgiven when we observe the scheelite under UVs (short) which shows an impressive ice blue color.
