This specimen features a particularly attractive association of purple fluorite crystals and pyrite, on a richly mineralized matrix. Several fluorite crystals are scattered across the different faces of the specimen, creating a pleasing contrast between their purple colour, the white matrix and the numerous metallic reflections of the pyrite.

Pyrite occurs as numerous crystals and aggregates. The main crystal, clearly visible on the front face, displays a bright metallic lustre and distinct growth striations.

Small areas of a green mineral can also be seen on the matrix, although this mineral has not been identified with certainty.
