This mini geode, from the state of Zacatecas in Mexico, is displayed split into two perfectly matched halves. Its interior reveals a uniform quartz crystallization with delicate pinkish hues, while its agate rim is lightly tinged with green by a thin outer layer of celadonite, elegantly highlighting the contrast between the rough exterior and the finely crystallized core.
