Fluorite – Milpo Mine, Atococha District, La Libertad, Peru

A cluster of emerald-green fluorite crystals in the form of truncated octahedrons, translucent and with a beautiful lustre. Shiny pyrite dodecahedrons are arranged at the base of the specimen and provide a particularly striking contrast to the intense green of the fluorite.

3.5 x 3 x 2.1 cm

- The intense green colour (difficult to capture in a photograph)
- The quality of the fluorite (crystallisation, lustre)
