Tabular wulfenite crystal with well-defined edges. The piece displays a beautiful colour gradient ranging from caramel in the centre to light orange at the edges.

The crystal is translucent, particularly at the edges where the light passes through it beautifully. The surface has a lovely shine. The terminations remain sharp, despite a few discreet micro-contacts that do not detract from the overall aesthetics of the piece.

- It comes from the Erupcion Mine (Los Lamentos) in Mexico, better known for producing relatively thick, non-translucent crystals, mostly caramel in colour.
This new discovery offers finer crystals, some of which are completely gem-quality. The colours range from brown to bright orange!
