Plumbogummite – Yangshuo Mine, Guilin, Guangxi Province, China – Thumbnail No. 179

A small cluster of pyromorphite crystals pseudomorphosed into plumbogummite, displaying a lovely, soft and uniform pastel yellow-green colour.
The elongated, prismatic crystals grow in several clusters around the centre of the specimen, giving the whole a very airy and original shape. Their slightly matt surface contrasts with the few brighter areas visible on some of the crystals.
The crystals are well-formed and intact, with a particularly interesting crystallisation characterised by their arrangement in clusters.
